Nope, you don’t have to! Honestly a big chunk of our clients are interstate or overseas and we sort everything remotely without any issues. We’ll do the consultation over the phone or a video call, you send us your photos and measurements, and we ship straight to you.

That said — if you can pop in, it does make the colour matching a bit easier and things tend to go smoothly first time. But it’s genuinely not a requirement.
